The original Scandivan

Five years ago, we built a humble campervan which would take the internet by storm. This conversion would go on to win awards and become one of the most popular rentals on the biggest campervan rental website in the UK

    We had such a great experience working with Sam and his team as Scandivans. They were all so friendly and really responsive with all of our questions and requests (of which there were many!). They really worked with us when it came to designing the layout and logistics of our custom van build, listening to to our specific needs (including making it suitable for young children and a dog), and always keeping in mind what our main uses of the van would be for us, which made it all feel really personal. We were kept up to date with all stages of the build, and guided along throughout the whole process whilst still feeling really involved with the decision making.

    Aftercare has been great too. They have been so patient with me as a first-time campervan owner. I really can’t recommend Scandivans highly enough.

    The final build is beyond what we had hoped for, and to the highest standard. They have managed to beautifully combine functionality and style, which is no mean feat in such a compact and awkward space. We still can’t believe it’s our van; the transformation has been incredible, and we are so excited for many adventures in our very own Scandivan!

    Beautifully cosy van, LOVED it, the windows make it feel light and spacious, the decor is simple calming and cosy, loads of nice little storage areas. Bed was comfy, lighting is bright at night, cooking utensils all thought of! You can tell loads of love has been put into creating and designing it.
